Send home on run day to let parents/caregivers know how many laps their student completed, that they can still donate, and remind them of prizes and rewards that can be earned.

Send home 2 weeks before event.  The Pledge Packet has all the information about the run, online pledging, prizes and participation.

Send home 4 weeks before event to announce the run and begin recruiting day-of volunteers.

Send home 4-6 months before event to introduce your run and solicit sponsorships from school families.
