Fall 2023 Shirt Pricing

Supply chain, inventory issues and fuel prices continue to affect the cost and availability of shirts.  Our goal is to provide the lowest shirt price possible. We will also continue to offer white shirts with colored ink in addition to colored shirts with white or black ink.

Fall 2023 shirt pricing is as follows:

Colored shirts with either white or black ink
$5.50 – Youth XS – Adult XL (additional cost for 2XL+)

White shirts with colored ink
$5.25 – Youth XS – Adult XL  (additional cost for 2XL+)

White shirts have been consistently available across all sizes.  This option still provides shirt color differentiation for lap counters and has a lower price point.

We will do our best to fulfill all orders for colored shirts as selected during planning, but please plan to be flexible based on color availability at the time your order is placed.  Any substitutions will be communicated before we print.

FR101 Program Fee Reduction

Beginning in Fall 2020, the FR101 Program fee is being reduced from 15% to 14%.  Schools will realize a savings of 6.67% (1/15) on that fee from prior years.  This fee reduction is made possible by the addition of donor tipping functionality.  Similar to other crowdfunding sites, donors now have the option to add a tip of any amount to support the fundraising platform.  While most donors don’t tip, those that do are making it possible for us to reduce the cost of our program.  We’re excited to leave more money with our schools!

Covid-19

Covid-19 has created a lot of uncertainty in education right know, and at Fun Run 101 we understand that everything is currently in flux. Our hope is that schools will be back in session late April/early May and runs can go on as planned and be a great event as everyone comes back together after this unusual experience.  But if not, a few options are:
– Move to a later date in Spring 2020
– Move to fall 2020
– Hold a virtual run (logistics in the works now)
We are committed to finding the right solution for each school to successfully complete their fundraiser.  Please keep in contact and we’ll find the path that is right for each school.
